Summons to the Radom Treasury Tribunal for Abram Chaimowicz, marshal general of the Crown Jews and land elders of Bełżec and Chełm (Hajzyk Wodisławski, Wolf Pietruszka, the rabbi of Witków and Herszek Lubemelski) on charges made by Dawid Szajnowicz, the elder and the synagogue of Tarnogóra. At the last Jarosław Jewish assembly, the land elders unlawfully increased the fees due from the Tarnogóra kahal, which is in violation of the law of privilege of 1743 granted to the Jews of Tarnogóra, and of previous Tribunal decrees.
